In 2024, through the sale of the bags we donated to Oxfam shops in Ireland and the United Kingdom, over €100,000 was raised. An important milestone that contributed to programmes supporting women’s empowerment, emergency response, and the economic development of vulnerable communities.
In 2025, we renewed our commitment, continuing our collaboration with Oxfam Ireland and Oxfam GB for the redistribution of Miomojo bags, and involving Oxfam Italy to help increase awareness around circularity and social impact.
For this new year, funds raised for Oxfam Ireland will go to support programmes like their Gender Justice work in Malawi. This work is designed to support financial independence for women survivors of gender-based violence. The programme provides professional training and practical tools to build economic autonomy through activities such as soap-making and the production of hygiene goods — a tangible pathway to dignity, safety, and renewed economic strength.
Together with Oxfam, we continue to transform every product into an action that creates lasting opportunities.
Women farmers in Nyanja Village, in the Kalumbu region of rural Lilongwe, take part in an Oxfam Farmer Field School, learning new skills to cope with the worsening El Niño food insecurity crisis.
Here’s what we’ve helped achieve so far:
The funds raised contribute to delivering nearly 5 million liters of
water and washbasins in areas where clean water is urgently needed
following sudden or prolonged emergencies.
The presence of Miomojo products, ethically crafted and of high quality,
in Oxfam Ireland and UK shops has helped promote ethical shopping,
inspiring a commitment to more sustainable choices.
The funds raised contribute to supporting Oxfam’s WASH programs during humanitarian emergencies.

Our ongoing donation of unsold stock to Oxfam allows us to:
• avoid unnecessary overstock and disposal
• extend the life of Miomojo products through intelligent and circular solutions
