Ethics OF DESIGN.

Responsibility at Miomojo is not an achievement. It is a condition. Responsible design therefore becomes a discipline, shaping each luxury creation through circular thinking, radical transparency and certified B Corp governance, while combining Made in Italy craftsmanship with next-generation animal-free materials designed for contemporary performance.

B Corp certification formalises this commitment through accountability, long term vision and measurable impact. With fewer than 8,000 certified companies worldwide, it represents a rigorous global benchmark across governance, labour, community and environmental standards. For Miomojo it is not simply recognition, but a promise to continue designing with awareness, care and integrity.

Evidence of impact.

Clarity is part of responsibility. The 2024 Impact Report documents measurable progress across material and product innovation, responsible supply chains, global partnerships and education. It offers a transparent view of how intentions translate into concrete actions and measurable outcomes. In this way, ambition is supported by data and responsibility becomes visible, accountable and open to scrutiny.

Life of Things.

A disposable culture cannot define contemporary design. At Miomojo, circular thinking extends the life of materials and the meaning of what we create. Longevity becomes a form of refinement, where value is preserved rather than discarded. Creations that remain unsold are not treated as surplus, but as opportunities to generate further impact. Through partnerships with Oxfam and HUMANA People to People, they are redirected to support women’s education and economic inclusion. Circularity, in this sense, is not symbolic. It is a living practice that connects design, responsibility and real social change.

Path of Products.

Transparency is not a statement. It is a practice that shapes how we design and how we take responsibility for what we create. Each product undergoes a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), tracing its environmental impact from the origin of materials to its final form. This process allows us to understand the true footprint of every creation and to improve it over time. We work closely with partners who share our commitment to traceability, responsible manufacturing and long term accountability across the entire supply chain. In this way, transparency becomes a continuous dialogue between design, production and responsibility.

Evidence of Impact.

Impact gains depth when it becomes measurable. Water consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, eutrophication potential and fossil resource use are monitored and evaluated against recognised industry standards. Results are translated into tangible equivalents, making environmental performance visible and accountable. In this way, data becomes more than numbers. It informs design and helps responsibility move from intention into form.
